Depending on your needs, exercise routines may be taught on any of the following equipment:
Reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, arc barrel, jump board, cardio tramp, rotational disc board, mat, Swiss ball, toning and massage balls, flex band, foam roller, stability cushion, weights, etc.
Other equipment available to aid core strength, improve cardiovascular strength and balance are the Urban Rebounder and X-iser™ which have little or no impact on the joints.
Strength, speed and agility come directly from the core. Your fitness will be monitored, corrected and managed to ensure you stay focused!
