New to Pilates?

If you have never done Pilates before you might like to book in for a one-to-one session. You will learn the five basic principles and you’ll need to remember these in order to accomplish all the exercises correctly and to keep up with the group.


Pregnant and postnatal mums should either book a one-to-one session or come with a friend at a time/day that suits your schedule.

If you can’t make a class for any reason, please give 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged.
