All London Pilates Studio exercise programmes begin with a careful assessment of individual needs, taking into account any professional medical advice that you may have been given.
Our light and airy studio can accommodate up 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions for matwork, which incorporates small pieces of equipment such as the fitness circle, resistance ring, foam roller, flex-band, toning balls, stability cushion and overball.
London Pilates Studio’s ‘less is more’ approach is better than crowded exercise classes which frustrate clients and teachers alike. Our sessions are motivating, generating team spirit and ensuring that each participant enjoys a safe, effective workout that is right for them.
STOTT PILATES® equipment
We can accommodate 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions on the REFORMER. This is a fun way to exercise with a friend/partner/colleague while providing a special workout on the latest generation of equipment.
The STOTT PILATES Reformers support and align the body during exercise. A moving carriage challenges the abdominal muscles whilst the arms and legs work against springs and straps. This enables the body to work three dimentionally, allowing a full range of movement for flexibility, strength and rehabilitation.
