Vanessa believes that everyone can benefit from Pilates. She has seen how clients have improved their posture, been freed from back pain, gained a leanern look and grown confident with their new body shape. Vanessa has a special interest in spinal rehabilitation and general back care. She believes thatn Pilates can be paced according to the individual and has some innovative pieces of equipment that blend cardiovascular fitness into the Pilates workout.n
Her special non-impact exercises that still load the bones help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis. Vanessa’s tailored fitness programmes will improven sports performance for the general enthusiast and she has also achieved superb results with workouts designed for specific sports including horse riding,n golf, tennis, cricket, running, swimming and rowing.
