What is STOTT Pilates?

You may already be familiar with Pilates. But you may not be so familiar with STOTT Pilates. So what’s it all about?

Just like regular pilates, it strengthens your core muscles – in fact it develops all major muscle groups – and gives you a slender, toned body.

Although it’s based on the original system founded in the 1930’s by Joseph Pilates, STOTT Pilates incorporates state-of-the-art equipment. It emphasises improving the curvature of the spine and rebalances muscles around joints.
